No, not a recommended action.

Is there a price break for purchasing multiple pieces?
To be competitive online, markup on any product must be minimal. There is no 'wiggle room' in the prices of these laundry hampers!

What is the warranty?

What is inside these wood laudry hampers?
Each hamper has a lift-out canvas bag.

How are they shipped?
These are sent FedEx Ground.

When will I receive the hamper I purchased?
Turn-around time for an order is 2 business days. Hampers are shipped from our warehouse in California, so you would then add whatever shipping time is from California to your location.

I have an order that need to be here by a certain date. What happens if it arrives afterwards?
It is upon the purchaser to allow delivery time and we make no deliver-by guarantees or promises of any kind, stated or implied. The delivery times mentioned in this site are merely our reasonable expectations for shipment time under normal conditions.

We are giving your product to a third party for delivery and there are obstacles in transportation that are unforseen. Among these obstacles to timely delivery is misshipment and human error.

NO REFUNDS IN WHOLE OR PART WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY HAMPER THAT DOES NOT "GET THERE" IN TIME.

Do you offer expedited or overnight shipping?
No.

What kind of hardware is used in construction?
The lid is held on with piano hinges and there are rubber bumpers on the lid to keep it from banging when used.

What kind of paint is on the white hampers?
It is a fine nitro lacquer. Nitro lacquer is used on fine musical instruments (Fender guitars uses nitro lacquers).

What is the finish on the mahogany hampers?
Semi gloss enamel.

I am experiencing buyer's remorse, am returning a gift, or othewise just want to ship it back.
You will need to get a return authorization. Without one, your package will just show up at a major warehouse and may or may not be traceable to your particular order. Always get authorization, or you may not get a refund.

Also, you are responsible for shipping costs of the return leg, the nonrefundable shippping costs to you, and a restocking fee. No exceptions.

We reserve the right to replace rather than refund a hamper damaged in shipping or one under warranty.
